At Muse The Shop, your satisfaction means everything to us. If you’re not completely in love with your purchase, you may request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your item—provided it’s unused, in its original packaging, and complies with our return guidelines.

Final Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are non-refundable. They may only be exchanged if your requested item is available in stock. Please be sure about your purchase, as discounted items are limited and meant to give others a chance to enjoy them too.

Warranty Coverage: All bags come with a 1-month warranty for manufacturing defects. If you experience a factory-related issue within this period, we’ll be happy to assist. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for damages reported after this timeframe.
